Islip High School recently welcomed representatives from Paradigm Cyber Ventures for a special visit highlighting the district’s growing partnership in cybersecurity education. 

Paradigm, the program provider for the high school’s Cybersecurity class, spent the day engaging with administrators, touring school facilities, and meeting with students enrolled in the course.

During the visit, the Paradigm team spoke with students about real-world applications of cybersecurity, emerging industry trends, and the skills necessary to pursue careers in this rapidly expanding field. Their discussions emphasized hands-on learning, digital safety practices, and the importance of preparing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Administrators shared insights into how the program is enhancing career pathways for Islip students, as Paradigm continues to support instruction and curriculum development through expert guidance and industry exposure.
