The mathematics program is designed to give each student an enjoyable, challenging, and useful experience. The Mathematics Department believes that there is a level of mathematics study available for every student. We have structured our curriculum and instruction to provide students with arithmetic, algebraic, and analytic skills necessary to meet the demands of an ever-changing technological society. At the elementary level, students are learning mathematics through many modalities. At the middle school, students focus on the Algebra Strand where elementary concepts are extended. At the high school, there is a range of courses that provide students with an opportunity to proceed at their own pace with the knowledge they will need for success in college and careers.
